My Story

My journey into bookkeeping and accounting didn’t begin with numbers—it began with responsibility. Early in my career, I realized that behind every receipt, ledger, and financial report is a business owner building something meaningful. That understanding continues to shape how I serve my clients today—with care, clarity, and integrity.

I’m Nicole Ann Gacad, a Registered Cost Accountant and Senior Tax Accountant with over 9 years of experience in the accounting and bookkeeping industry. Throughout my career, I’ve supported businesses across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, and have handled and reviewed the financial records of numerous clients, from startups to established companies.

Beyond client work, I’ve also had the opportunity to train, mentor, and lead accountants and bookkeepers at different stages of their careers. Having served as an accounting supervisor and training facilitator, I believe strongly in passing on what I’ve learned—not just the technical skills, but the mindset, discipline, and systems that create long-term success. My approach to training is intentional and practical, equipping individuals with tools they can confidently use for their own professional growth.

What sets my work apart is my partnership-driven approach. I don’t believe bookkeeping should be overwhelming or confusing. My role is to simplify your finances, implement efficient systems, and explain the numbers in a way that empowers informed decision-making.
